Meditation

A lot of people believe that spiritual practice is about achieving something, but all that you might achieve is perishable except for you Being. Since you already are, all you have to do is to stop trying to achieve something. The only goal with mediation is to just be. Therein lies the answer to the mystery of life. Therein lies the answer to who you truly are.

Depending on personal preferences there are different meditation techniques for different kinds of people. Here at Maldorma we teach four basic techniques of mediation. All with the same purpose; teaching you how to just be and hence find your true nature, your Beingness

The four techniques are called Meditation for manifestation, NowAm, Know, and Koan

Shamanic Breathing

Your higher self is waiting for you and is ready to give you all the health, strength and wisdom you need on your spiritual journey. Explore the inner depths of your consciousness through shamanic breathing and find your true self. Through this technique you'll be able to heal, manifest, channel or simply explore your inner self.

Our classes are setup in a variety of ways where you'll be able to experience something new each time. Through breathing and carefully selected music you'll be guided through different states of consciousness.  Even though the right setting is necessary shamanic breathing it is a very easy and effective way of traveling to your inner self. The breathing is done together with rhythmic drumming to guide you further on your journey and assure that you'll reach your destination.
